Orthopaedic surgeons in Upstate New York. Bannon Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine

J. David Bannon, MD, FACS
Orthopaedic Surgeon

“Being a doctor your can trust means several things. You can trust me to take care of you like I would my own family. I will listen to your concerns and do my best to calm your fears. Something you can expect from me is one-on-one care – we’ll sit down and have a conversation about your health concerns. You won’t be bounced around from doctor to doctor. You can also trust that I would not recommend surgery unless we have tried the nonsurgical procedures first.”
A Family Legacy of Healthcare

“ I come from a family of doctors. My father was the first anesthesiologist in Glens Falls. I also have two uncles in medicine: one had one of the largest general practices in town, and the other was an ENT in Stanford, Connecticut.—a pioneer in endoscopy. Several of my cousins are doctors, as well, so it’s no wonder I chose healthcare as a profession. I’ve been practicing in upstate New York for the past 24 years, with the same staff for about 18 years. My surgical assistant, David J. Paska, RPA-C has been with me for close to 10 years. We work well together, and we will work well together with you to get you going again.”
